He is survived by: his wife Sharon King Hartsell; his sons, Mark Hartsell (Patricia) and Brian Hartsell (Ginna) of Lynchburg, Virginia; his brother Jerry Hartsell (Janet) of Greensboro; and his grandchildren, Ashley Hartsell, Jake Hartsell (Savannah), Logan Hartsell and Jessica Hamlett (Blake).
