He is survived by: his children, Greta Hamilton (Paul), Lisa Phelps, Jon Stuart Schultheis (Jenice) and Garth Schultheis (Kirsten); and his brother Don Schultheis (Betty). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
