Richard Medlock Sr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Medlock Sr. (Greer, South Carolina), born in Taylors, South Carolina, who passed away on October 30, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Elizabeth Dill Medlock; his parents, Nathaniel Medlock and Hallie Black Medlock; and his siblings, Nathaniel Evans Medlock and Hallie Willette Miller.

He is survived by: his children, Rick Medlock (Brenda) of Greer, Suzanne Satterfield (Stephen) of Greer and Beth Patterson (David) of Laurens; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Patterson (Laura), Blake Patterson (Brooke), Kristine White (Matthew), Tara Davis (Andre) and Tyler Satterfield (Emily). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
