He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, Cynthia (Dean), Shadwick and Shondray; his grandchildren, O'Neal, Andre (Harleigh), Shylynn, Alex and Jacob; and his siblings, Tommy, Mark, Rosie, Gwen and Pam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins; along with extended family members and dear friends.
