She was predeceased by: her parents, William Haskell and Hazel Painter Garrett; her husband Proctor B. Rector; and her siblings, Doris Garrett Blakely and William Calvin Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Michael B. Rector, Joan Ann Henderson and Judy Ann Stanley. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1 Pine Knoll Dr, Greenville, SC 29609).
