He is survived by: his children, Bradly Boyter (Alana) of Whitmire, Jacob Boyter of Duncan, James Boyter of Duncan and Tiffany Boyter of Prosperity; his brothers, Ricky Boyter (Debra) of Duncan and Richard Boyter (Denise) of Inman; and his grandchildren, River Boyter, Michael Christian Yarbrough and Cirilla Serinity Hill.
