She was predeceased by: her husband William Ryan Effler; her parents, Oscar Enoch "Bill" and Alma Corbin Williams; her daughter Terri Headley; and her siblings, Daniel Williams, Gerald Williams, Vera Morrow, Madeline Williams and Renee DeYoung.
She is survived by: her son Tim Effler (Dana) of Dallas, Texas; her grandchildren, Ryan Headley (Carrie) and Justin Headley (Casey); and her great grandchildren, Philip Headley, Austin Headley, Alizabeth Headley, Eli Headley and Amelia Headley.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Wood Memorial Park (863 Gap Creek Rd, Greer, SC 29651).
