He was predeceased by: his parents, Smiley G. Wilbanks and Pearl Smith Wilbanks; and his siblings, Lecil Wilbanks, Katherine Hill, Connie Nelson, Rownie Caldwell, Frances Langley, Emily Southern and Marcelle Lynn Sloan.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann O'Kelly Wilbanks; his children, Sherri Stokes (Mickey), Mitzi Moore (Gregg), Craig Wilbanks (Monty Kehl) and Kelli Wilbanks; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Harrison Moore; and his sisters, Bobbie Tucker (Ronnie), Louise Few and Brenda Collins (John).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wood Mortuary, Inc. (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wood Mortuary Chapel (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
