He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Dorothy Ellis Medford; and his sister Sandra Lynn Medford Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Moody Medford; his children, Cindy Medford Price (David) of Laurens, Michael Craig Fowler (Mary Beth) of Easley, Kimberly Medford Bollinger (Matt) of Jacksonville and Brook Medford Barbare (Shannon) of Greer; and his grandchildren, Julie Ann Mason (Cayce), Elizabeth Price Schachner (Jeffrey), Jordan Adrianna Fowler, Matthew Steven Mason (Timbre), Delaney Rae Fowler, Dylan William-Ray Barbare (Tory), Michael Chane Fowler and Emily Grace Barbare. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Wood Mortuary, Inc. (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wood Mortuary Chapel (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 1600 Holly Springs Road, Lyman, South Carolina 29365.
