He was predeceased by: his parents, Drexal Underwood and Laura Posey Underwood; and his son Thomas Kyle Underwood. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Ann Underwood of Spartanburg; his grandchildren, Bella, Hailey, Kade, Nataleigh, Annsleigh and Evan; his daughter-in-law Cherish Underwood of Greer; and his siblings, Sheila Strange (Terry), Barbara Bishop (Jeff) of Greer, Wayne Underwood (Becky) and Marty Underwood (Donna) of Greer.
