He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Daniel Lockey and Lillie Mae Lockey; and his siblings, Carson Lockey, Douglas Lockey, Woodrow Lockey, Rudolph Lockey, Robert Lockey, Catherine L. Trusdale and Mary Lockey Norris. He is also survived by his family, friends, and business partners.
