He is survived by: his wife Kay Garrett Waters; his children, Mandi Harrington Garrett (Tony) of Greer, Matthew Bradley Waters (Carol) of Greer, Angela Waters Raines (Michael) of Greer and Jeremy Chad Harrington (Kristi) of Greer; his sisters, Cynthia Waters Woodruff (Skipper) of Greenville, Cathy Waters Sanders (John) of Pickens and Susan Waters Dillard (Franky) of Greer; his grandchildren, Jake Garrett (Kristen), Jeremy Garrett (Lindsay), Konner Raines (Emma Kate), Ava Raines, Malena Waters, Mia Waters, Cooper Harrington and Greyson Harrington; and his great grandchildren, Landon Garrett and Colson Garrett.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Wood Mortuary, Inc. (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Wood Mortuary Chapel (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
