He is survived by: his wife Paula Diane Hall Gomez; his daughter Dawn Marie Gomez of Bridgeport, Connecticut; and his sisters, Charlyne Gomez Crenshaw of Connecticut and Toni Gomez Evans of Fredericksburg, Virginia. He is also survived by two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
