He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Lee Welchel Duncan; and his parents, Rev. Walker Ernest Duncan, Sr. and Necie Mae Gosnell Duncan. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Duncan of Greer and Lori Jackson of Taylors; his brother John L. Duncan of Greer; his grandchildren, Jake Campbell (Lindsey), Ben Campbell, Eden Jackson and Treyton Dryman; and his great grandchild Emma Campbell.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Harmony Fellowship Church (468 S Suber Rd, Greer, SC 29650). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
