He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Pomeroy Mahaffey (Hazel Brown Mahaffey) and Billy. He is survived by: his wife Janice Everman Mahaffey; his children, Jason Mahaffey (Shea Alexander) and Angela Patterson (Bradley); and his granddaughters, Allyson Patterson and Brooklyn Patterson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cross Roads Baptist Church (705 Anderson Ridge Rd, Greer, SC 29651). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
