She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Shipes Tuten and Wilson Tuten; her nephews, Glen "Fry" Malphrus and Benjamin "Benjie" Malphrus; and her brother-in-law Jake Malphrus.

She is survived by: her sister Joyce Tuten Malphrus of Grays; her niece Angie Malphrus of Grays; her great-nephews, Scott Malphrus (Abbigale) of Sylvania, Georgia and Devan Malphrus (Arianna) of Nixville; and her great-niece Kaylee Malphrus-Cook (Axel) of Nixville. She is also survived by 8 great great nieces and nephews; and many loving cousins.
