She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Seckinger and Viola Joyner Seckinger; and her brothers, David Seckinger and Willie Jo Seckinger. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Breeze" Winn; her sons, David Gowin Winn of Estill and Richard Henry Winn of Estill; her brother Robert "Pie" Seckinger (Harriett Smith Seckinger) of Clyo; and her sisters-in-law, Madeline Polk of Lexington and Wylene Seckinger of Hampton.
