We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2025, at the age of 89, Laverne Jarrell Bishop of Hampton, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ervin Jarrell; her husband David Bishop; and her son Donald Wayne Bishop (Yogi). She is survived by: her mother Mary Eva Mock Jarrell; her sons, Larry Bishop (Terry) of Hampton and Karl Bishop (Jessica) of Varnville; and her siblings, Casey Jarrell, Oliver Jarrell, Evelyn Griner and Linda Crapse. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
