She is survived by: her parents, Cassandra Tompkins Peake (Ryan Helms) and Brenden Matthew Peake (Stephanie Peake); her brother Chance Wilcheck; her grandparents, Sandra Thomas Nafziger, Tony Nafziger, John, Linda Tompkins, Douglas and Patricia Peake; her stepgrandparents, Don and Janice Helms; her great-grandparents, Shirley Nafziger Derstine and Katherine Hunter; her uncle Jay Tompkins; her aunt Candi Tompkins; her cousins, Lizzi Tompkins, Levi Tompkins, Hayden Meyer, Claira Meyer and Olivia May Meyer; and her close friends, Billy "Booboo", Lisa "Meme" Mole and Sophia Smith.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers make donations to the Cure Starts Now, in honor of our warrior, to help other children be better equipped for battle.
