As we bid David farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For David is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sharon Pippin Axson; his parents, George Brown Axson and Lois Axson; his child Orangeburg; his brother Robert (Sandra); his brother-in-law Randall (Beth); and his in-laws, W. G. and Estelle Pippin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home (7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
