She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Zabka and Katherine Zabka (Padden); her husband Ronald; her stepfather Louis Novotny; her children, Daniel R. Jacoby and Tammy R. Jacoby; her siblings, Earl Novotny, Doris Ball, Darlene Fletcher, Marilyn Lind and Nellie Donaldson; and her granddaughter Heather Aimee Saukas.
She is survived by: her children, David A. Jacoby (Sharon) of White Marsh, MD and Michele K. Warner of Hanahan, SC; and her sisters, Patty Roberts of Elkhorn, NE, Mary Lou Raitt (Daryll) of Hartsburg, MO and Deanna Moran of North Platte, NE. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
