Polk (Hanahan, South Carolina), born in Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Burchill Coker Polk; and his brother Charles L. Polk. He is survived by: his parent Edith Gertrude Polk; his wife Brenda Nicholson Polk of Hanahan; his sons, James W. "Billy" Atchison (Pamela Caldwell) of Ladson, Brian T. Atchison of Goose Creek and Bradley A. Atchison of Goose Creek; his grandson Brayden W. Atchison; and his brothers, Gerald Polk of Charleston and James Polk of Charleston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
