He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Kizer and Mary Alma Kizer; and his sister Elaine Lines. He is survived by: his sister Joette Kizer (John Browning); his nephews, Shawn Newsome and Tyler Lines; his great-niece Liza Newsome; and his great-nephew Cullen Lines.
