He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Borkenhagen and Esther Dey Borkenhagen; and his brother Keith Borkenhagen. He is survived by: his wife Angela Borkenhagen of Hartsville, SC; his daughter Tracy Salak of Greenville, SC; his brother John Borkenhagen (Eileen) of Whitehall, PA; his sister-in-law Donella Borkenhagen of Surprise, AZ; and his grandson Ben Salak of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
