He is survived by: his son Bert Winburn (Marcia); his grandchildren, Andrew Winburn (Sara), Bryce Winburn, McKenna O'Neal and Ryder O'Neal; and his brothers, Howard Jesse "H. J." and Harold W. Winburn. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, and friends.
