He was predeceased by: his father Irwin D. Jacobs. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Turner Lee (Ronnie); his wife Latangela Crowley Jacobs; his children, Austin Jacobs, Katelyn Jacobs, Alex Jacobs, Kevin Jacobs and Tyler Jacobs; his siblings, Theresa Nowlin (Andy) and Mikey Jacobs (Patricia James); his mother-in-law Sandra Tice (Larry); and his brother-in-law Daniel Crowley (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
