He is survived by: his wife Virginia Larts Dawson; his children, Kathy Cash, Kenneth Dawson (Wanda), James Eric Dawson (Tracie), Alicia and Amanda Dawson; his grandson Lawrence; his siblings, Bishop Johnnie Dawson (Betty), Apostle Mae Bailey (Marion), Patricia Dawson, Roy Dawson, Monroe Dawson and Ricky Dawson (Wanda); his godchildren, Kennard McDonald, Amarion Maury, Autumn Nierra Simon, Timothy Prince, Jr. and Domonic Prince; his nephew Kevin Dawson; and his siblings-in-law, Helen McElveen, Leroy, Calvin, Willie Larts and Elder Eugene McElveen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
