It is with sadness that the passing of Debra Pennington Keith (Hartsville, South Carolina) is shared. Debra, born on November 17, 1949, passed away on October 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Carl Melvin; and her son Stephen Hugh Tingen. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Keith of Rosman; her sons, James "Jim" Walker Tingen IV (Angela) of Sumter and Shane Thomas Keith (Kayla) of Florence; and her grandchildren, James Walker Tingen V (Sarah Hayden), Mallory Grace Tingen (Caleb), Jase Thomas Keith and Mason McGuire.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Springs Baptist Church (3450 Table Rock Rd, Pickens, SC 29671).
