She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Gandy and Charlotte Gandy. She is survived by: her siblings, Edward Gandy, Allison Johnson (Howie) and Howard Gandy; and her aunt Carole Meadows Walker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Decatur First United Methodist Church (300 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Decatur, GA 30030). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Magnolia Cemetery (140 S Cedar Ln, Hartsville, SC 29550).
