He was predeceased by: his parents, Bogan Calvin and Mildred Burr Roscoe; his siblings, Alma Brigman, Jackie Edgeworth, Joel Roscoe and Tommy Roscoe; and his grandson Houston Rivers.

He is survived by: his children, Eugene "Koot" B. Roscoe, Jr. of Ruby, SC, David Roscoe (Corrie) of Cheraw, SC, Christy Polson (Robert) of Mt. Gilead, NC and Missy Summersett (Grant) of Florence, SC; his stepchildren, Rick Talbert (Kim) of Hartsville, SC, Vickie Talbert Perkinson of Hartsville, SC and Melissa Hale (Wally) of Bennettsville, SC; his siblings, Bogan "Buddy" Roscoe of Powder Springs, GA, Steve Roscoe of Marion, NC, Mickey Roscoe (Barbara Ann) of Cheraw, SC, Donnie Griggs of Cheraw, SC and Helen Hammonds of Cheraw, SC; and his son Holdon Moore. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.

Those attending the service will be asked to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gathering Place Church of the Nazarene, 1909 W. BoBo Newsom Hwy., Hartsville, SC 29550 or to a charity of choice.
