She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Vining and Mattie Blume Vining; her husband Charlie Lee Winburn; her grandson Jody Winburn; and her siblings, Thomas Vining, Otto Vining, Jesse "Bozo" Vining, Curt Vining, Eloise Broadway, Thelma "Pete" Waynick, Pansy Summerton, George "Dick" Vining, Cecil Vining, Leila Mae Bell and Mattie "Monkey" Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Winburn (Cheryl), Jerry Winburn (Jean), Judy Ousley (Mack) and Mike Winburn (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kenny Winburn (Michelle), MacKel Maleckar (Chris), Phil Ousley (Gretchen), Megan Galloway (Ed) and Devin Winburn; and her sister Francis "Frank" Lovelace. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
