He was predeceased by: his father William Richard Culbreath (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Kathi Culbreath; his son Levi Culbreath of Hartsville; his mother Louise Culbreath (Lawrimore) of Mt. Pleasant; his brother Will Culbreath (Teresa) of Mt Pleasant; his nephews, Trey and Andy Culbreath; his niece Julianna Culbreath; his sister-in-law Deanna Kay Brooks; his mothers-in-law, Kay McCormick (Don) and Emily Brown; and his friend Paul Rowe of Newberry, SC.

A larger, and much more informal, service to celebrate his amazing life will be held at the conclusion of the pandemic, most likely in his hometown of Newberry.
