She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Northam; and her son Lee Northam. She is survived by: her sister Ellen Townsend; her nephew Will Townsend; her nieces, Melanie Townsend of Bennettsville and Elizabeth Kolb (Kenneth) of Irmo; her great-niece Gracie Kolb; and her brothers-in-law, David Northam (Betty Ann) and Ervin Northam. She is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Sue's honor to Bennettsville Second Baptist Church 422 State Street Bennettsville, SC 29512.
