She was predeceased by : her parents, Elliott Grey and Nellie Vermell Brand; her husband John Aaron Beasley, Sr.; and her son John Aaron Beasley, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughters, Betty Williams (John), Taffy Turnage (Jim), Twila Gilbert (Boo) and Sue Gainey (James Jr.); and her grandchildren, Quentin, Heath, Heather, Hillary, AraLeigh, Lindsey, Jeremy, Casey, Kelley and Colt. She is also survived by her great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 3608 Landmark Dr. # C, Columbia, SC 29204 or the Epilepsy Foundation of South.
