He is survived by: his wife Martha Jordan Griggs; his daughters, Eileen Anderson (David) of Myrtle Beach, Beth Jones (Cliff) of Hartsville and Amanda Jones (Brad) of Florence; his grandchildren, Ashley Anderson, Adrian Anderson, Kira Johnson (Caleb), Noah Jones, Kendall Jones and Addison Jones; and his sisters, Lynn Barnhill of Hartsville and Hope Howle of Hartsville.
