He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha "E. P." Perdue and Cora Jane Perdue; and his sisters, Evelyn McMahan, Judy Threatt and Dianne Hall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Welch (Benny) of Bishopville and Jennifer Tillman (Lee) of Hartsville; his granddaughters, Caroline Welch of Bishopville, Brooke Welch of Charleston and Eva Raines Tillman of Hartsville; his siblings, Glenn Perdue of Patrick, Donald Perdue of Walnut Cove, NC and Ida Mae Money of Patrick; his brothers-in-law, Robert Hall of Winston-Salem, NC and Ray Threatt of Patrick; his close friend Betty Pilkenton of Patrick; and his pet Baby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
