He is survived by: his siblings, Brice Starnes (Rose), Ray Starnes (Becky), Jackie Starnes (Kathy), Donald (Kay), Rick Starnes, Wayne Starnes (Yonj), Betty Ann Laney, Peggy Flowers (Mike) and Linda McManus (Dennis); his sister-in-law Catherine Starnes; his granddaughters, Nichole Frisch (Connor), Bethany Pruitt and Sarah Joy Pruitt; and his great grandchild Charlotte Frisch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fork Hill Baptist Church - Family Life Center (1125 Fork Hill Rd, Heath Springs, SC 29058). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fork Hill Baptist Church (1125 Fork Hill Rd, Heath Springs, SC 29058). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at the Fork Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (1125 Fork Hill Rd, Heath Springs, SC 29058).
