It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Omer Dexter Bowers of Heath Springs, South Carolina, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Jackson Bowers and Irva Williams Bowers; and his siblings, Alvin Bowers and Gail Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Jerri Wallace Bowers; his children, Tina Tomlin (Brooks) and Timmy Bowers (Grace); his grandchildren, Sydney, Cale, Dexter, Joel, Lorelai and Eli; and his sister-in-law Sue Bowers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
