He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Marion and Ethel Woodberry Foxworth; and his brothers, Marion Ulmer Foxworth, James Leland Foxworth and Josh Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Thomas Foxworth (Jami) and Mary Elizabeth Evans (Drew); his grandchildren, Christopher Thomas Foxworth, Matthew James Foxworth and Orion Andrew Evans; and his sisters, Marie Cantey (John) and Sandra Rogers (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
