He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James Baxley and Nita Powell Baxley; and his siblings, Doris Baxley Chandler and James Edward Baxley. He is survived by: his sister Billie Baxley Schwiers of Mauldin, SC. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
