It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Gene Martin of Hemingway, South Carolina, born in Conway, South Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Henry Martin and Wilma Hyman Martin; his wife Peggy Reynolds Martin; his sisters, Geraldine Parker and Sara Spears; and his uncle Jack Martin.
He is survived by : his children, Sylvia Martin Lillquist (Mike) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Denise Gray of Greenville, SC, Tina Naioti of Little River, SC, Marty Martin of Georgetown, SC and James McLain of Conway, SC; his brother Henry Martin of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren, Ryan Lillquist and Zach Lillquist.
