It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise Harrelson of Hemingway, South Carolina, born in Georgetown, South Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Harrelson and Bertha Jacobs Harrelson; and her siblings, Jimmy Harrelson, J. W. Griffin, Russell Griffin, Frances Jacobs and Sherrill Powers.

She is survived by : her daughter Melinda Hodges (Wayne) of Hemingway; her grandchild Jessie Hodges (Ashlee); her great grandchild Jackson; her grandson Corey Hodges (Jen); her great grandchildren, Barrett of Hemingway and Heidi of Hemingway; and her sisters, Carol Smith (Johnny) of Charleston, Pam Hazelton (Mark) of Mt. Pleasant and Faye Heath (J. R.) of Summerville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
