He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Dennis Sr. and Clyda Mae Tanner Dennis; his siblings, Norma Spangler (Chuck) and Don Dennis (Patsy); and his sister-in-law Betty Dennis.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Morris Dennis; his children, Kim Harmon (Michael), Gina Tanner (Shannon) and Christina Douglas; his grandchildren, Jarrett Harmon, Grace Harmon, Drew Tanner, Trenton Douglas and Ethan Douglas; his great grandchild Ryker Tanner; and his brothers, Ed Dennis and Mike Dennis (Sharon).
