He is survived by: his father Joseph Lamar "Frankie" Huggins; his wife Terry Lynn Robinson Huggins; his children, Brandon Edmonds, Phillip Edmonds, Beau Huggins (Brianna) and Samantha Nicole Huggins; his siblings, Richard Huggins (Cindy), Paul Huggins (Christina) and Frances Davies (Mike); and his grandchild Brynley Edmonds.
