He is survived by : his sisters, Louise James and Trella Driggers; his brother-in-law Elton Nettles; his nieces and nephews, Darlene Coker (Derrick), Clint Nettles, Priscilla Liabastre (Joe), Marion James (Sherry), Rev. Michael James (Debra) and Patty James; and his close friend Beatrice Powell. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
