She was predeceased by: her parents, Weithus Ard and Edna Hatfield Ard-Tyler; her son Dustin Lane "Duck" Barnhill; and her siblings, Annabelle Thompson, Pete Ard and Charles Ard.
She is survived by: her sons, Shelton "Bogie" Barnhill (Shelia), James "Buddy" Barnhill, Mike Barnhill and Bobby Barnhill (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Kristen, Ashley, Cheyenne, Kelly, Whitney, Brittany, Brian, Cody, Colby, Sierra, Savanah and Virginia. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
