He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Milford and Mary J. Musick Lewis; and his brother Tommy Lewis. He is survived by : his fiancée Wanda Hughes; his brothers, Michael Lewis (Marilyn Diane), Nickey Lewis (Patsy) and Terry Lewis (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Patsy G. Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Mr. Lewis may be made to Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway.
