She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry Haggerty; her parents, Lamar Joseph and Vernell Howell Baxley; and her brothers, Thomas Baxley and Woodrow Baxley.

She is survived by: her son Dannie Foster (Latoya); her grandson Cole Howell Foster; her brother Joe Baxley; her niece Renee Baxley; her nephew Stephen Baxley; and her cousins, Linda Tanner and Samuel Howell.

The family requests that memorials be made to the animal shelter of your choice.
