She was predeceased by: her parents, George Marvin Brown and May Turner Brown; her former husband Woodrow Burrows; her husband Ansel "Cotton" Prosser; her granddaughter Hope Wise; and her brothers, Wendell Brown, Barnwell Brown and Davis Ray Brown.
She is survived by: her children, W. Carroll Burrows (Jackie) of Hemingway, Patricia Burrows of Melbourne and Myra Burrows of Myrtle Beach; and her grandchildren, John Todd, Jr., Will Todd (Anna), Jason Rhoades (Sarah), Jerrod Rhoades, Joey Rhoades (Jennifer), Katelyn Burrows and Ashlyn Burrows. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
