We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2022, at the age of 92, Pauline Smothers (Hemingway, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Luther Smothers; her parents, Percy Vause and Rosa Scott; her children, Catherine Smothers and Alton Smothers; and her siblings, Howard Jones, Manly Vause and Jack Scott.

She is survived by: her children, Johnny Smothers (Mot), Pauline Marsh, Rosa Lee Parsons (Tommy Roberts) and Patty Casselman (Robert); and her siblings-in-law, Myrtis McCrea and Roy Smothers. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 33 great-great grandchildren.
